Gong has launched Mission Andromeda, its most ambitious platform release to date, which includes a new AI-powered coaching product, a sales-focused chatbot, unified account management tools, and open interoperability with rival AI systems through the Model Context Protocol.

The release comes at a time when the revenue technology market is consolidating rapidly, with Highspot and Seismic announcing their intent to merge in February 2026, and Clari and Salesloft merging in December 2025. Gong, with roughly $300 million in annual recurring revenue, is positioning itself as a leader in the category, which Gartner only formally defined three months ago. According to Eilon Reshef, Gong‘s co-founder and chief product officer, Mission Andromeda is designed to make revenue teams “more productive as individuals” and give leaders “better decisions”. The release includes four main components: Gong Enable, a brand-new product with its own pricing tier, Gong Assistant, a conversational AI chatbot, Account Console and Account Boards, which unify customer activity, risk signals, and next steps, and built-in support for the Model Context Protocol.

Gong Enable has three pieces: AI Call Reviewer, which analyzes completed customer calls and grades reps based on their organization’s own methodology, AI Trainer, which lets reps practice high-stakes conversations against AI-generated simulations, and Initiative Tracking, which links coaching programs to revenue metrics. The company uses four different LLM providers and takes a pragmatic approach to the models powering the new features, with Reshef stating that the real moat is the data, not the models. Gong has spent a decade answering privacy questions and has developed capabilities to collect, manage, and manage permissions for customer data.

The release of Mission Andromeda is expected to have a significant impact on the revenue AI market, with Gong aiming to increase productivity for revenue professionals by 50 percent. The company currently serves over 5,000 companies worldwide and is competing with consolidated giants such as the Clari-Salesloft merger and the Highspot-Seismic combination. The next twelve months will test whether Mission Andromeda is the release that cements Gong‘s position at the center of the revenue AI category.
